Creator-Buyer Contract on hologramd.com

#1 General Provisions 

This contract governs the terms of sale between a Content Creator ("Creator") and a Buyer ("Buyer") for Content sold through the Hologramd platform.

#2 Ownership and Licensing 

2.1 Content Ownership: The Creator retains ownership of the Content. 2.2 Buyer License: Upon purchase, the Buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for personal use only.

#3 Prohibited Uses

The Buyer agrees not to: Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Content without the Creator's written consent. Use the Content for any commercial purpose. Modify or create derivative works from the Content.

#4 Refunds and Disputes

4.1 Refund Policy: Refunds are governed by the Platform's Refund Policy. 4.2 Dispute Resolution: Disputes between Buyers and Creators will be mediated by the Platform, but we do not guarantee a resolution.

#5 Limitation of Liability 

Neither the Creator nor the Buyer shall hold the Platform liable for any damages arising from the sale or use of Content.

#6 Changes to the Contract

The Platform reserves the right to update this contract. Buyers and Creators will be notified of changes via the Platform.
